The light beans are sourced from CENFROCAFE farming partners in the provinces of San Ignacio and Jaen, Cajamarca in Northern Peru, grown at elevations up to 1,900 meters. These Bourbon, Typica, and Caturra varietals are harvested from June to October using a fully washed process. The dark beans come from COMSA cooperative in Marcala, Honduras, grown at elevations up to 1,600 meters. These Catuai, Caturra, Lempira, I-90, and Paca varietals are harvested from November to April, also using a fully washed process.
