Psagot Cabernet Sauvignon is a kosher red wine crafted at Psagot Winery in the Judean Hills region of Israel, with vineyards situated north of Jerusalem at approximately 900 meters above sea level. The wine is made from 100% Cabernet Sauvignon grapes, harvested at dawn and carefully inspected before processing.

This award-winning wine is aged for 12 months in French oak barrels, developing a rich structure and long finish. It expresses classic Cabernet Sauvignon character with powerful notes of cassis, forest fruit, plum, cherry, and raspberry. It is also available in a Mevushal variation, which meets kashrut standards and is suitable for serving at event venues.
