Founded as a husband and wife partnership, Griffo produces small-batch spirits handcrafted from start to finish, and Scott Street Gin is their flagship offering—a bright, citrusy California take on traditional English gin.

Distilled in the London Style, the botanicals are mixed inside a copper pot still and distilled in a single run, an intensive process that produces the soft complexity that defines Griffo's house style. Only wild or organic botanicals are used: wild-grown juniper forms the aromatic backbone, locally sourced Sonoma Meyer lemons contribute vibrant citrus, grains of paradise add warmth, and coriander lends complexity. Pure Russian River Valley water shapes the final spirit into a supple and bright pour. The result is a juniper-forward gin with pleasing herbaceousness and fresh citrus character that feels both classically familiar and distinctly Californian.
