Hakutsuru Plum Wine is a traditional Japanese umeshu crafted by Hakutsuru Brewing Company in the Nada district of Kobe, Hyogo Prefecture. Founded in 1743, Hakutsuru is Japan's largest sake producer, bringing centuries of highly developed fermentation skills and technique to this plum wine.

Made using carefully selected Japanese "ume" plums, this wine delivers a refreshing, slightly tart, semi-sweet taste with a well-matured plum fruit aroma. The flavor profile is rich and bright, with pleasing fruity notes and a tangy finish that makes it an ideal aperitif or dessert wine.

At 12.5% alcohol by volume, it is best served cold between 40–60°F. It pairs beautifully with desserts and pungent, creamy cheeses.
