Psagot Sinai is a dry kosher red blend from Psagot Winery in Israel, crafted from vineyards situated at approximately 900 meters elevation in the northern mountains. The wine is a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Shiraz, Petit Sirah, and Petit Verdot, offering rich notes of blackberry and plum with a hint of spice that reflects the region's unique terroir.

Aged in a barrel cellar located within an ancient cave discovered during the winery's founding, the wine delivers a refreshing, fruity, and well-balanced character. With an alcohol content of 14.5%, it is presented in a standard 750ml bottle.

This wine carries OU Kosher and Badatz Jerusalem certification, is Mevushal (flash-pasteurized for broader serving flexibility), and is certified Kosher for Passover.
