Pieropan Soave Classico is a benchmark Italian white wine from the Soave Classico DOC in northeastern Italy, produced by the Pieropan family who have been crafting this wine since the early 1900s. The wine is made exclusively from estate vineyards in the hillside Classic Soave area, situated at 100–300 meters elevation with west-facing slopes.

The blend is 85–90% Garganega and 10–15% Trebbiano di Soave. Grapes are destemmed and crushed under protective conditions, with free-run juice fermenting at cool temperatures (14–18°C) in glass-lined concrete tanks. The wine ages on fine lees in those same tanks before bottling in spring, followed by a minimum one-month bottle rest. It is certified organic.

The wine pours a pale lemon color with aromas of almond blossoms, marzipan, elderflower, white peach, and pear. On the palate it is smooth and fruit-forward with vibrant acidity and an extended finish. Alcohol is 12%. Serve chilled at 8–10°C (47–50°F). Pairs well with vegetable-based starters, asparagus, egg dishes, seafood, freshwater fish, and as an aperitif with light canapés.
