1792 Single Barrel Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey is a limited edition bourbon crafted from the finest barrels selected from the best aging warehouses at the historic Barton 1792 Distillery in Bardstown, Kentucky. Only barrels deemed exceptional are bottled individually to preserve the distinct character of each barrel.

Made from a mash of 75% corn, 15% rye, and 10% barley, this bourbon is aged for a minimum of eight years in new American oak casks with #3.5 char in Warehouse Z, which sits on the edge of a bluff and benefits from intense heat and humidity ideal for maturing whiskey. The bourbon is brought to proof with iron-free Kentucky limestone water drawn from the historic Tom Moore spring, adding subtle complexity and depth.

This superior bourbon features rich butterscotch and caramel notes delicately balanced with hints of fruit and toffee. The nose carries sweet butterscotch with hints of ginger and Fuji apple, while the palate is caramel-forward with a subtle nip from the rye, leading to a sweet finish tempered with warm bitter cloves. Bottled at 98.6 proof (49.3% ABV).
