Kirkland Signature Organic Nicaragua Whole Bean Coffee is a 100% Arabica dark roast sourced from the Jinotega region of Nicaragua. It is roasted to a classic dark level to produce a clean, full-bodied cup while remaining light enough to reveal delicate notes of chocolate and roasted almond with a hint of mild smoke.

The coffee is grown at Paraiso farms, established in the 1980s by Juan de Dios Castillo and his wife Miriam Aruaz, who began acquiring land in the Jinotega highlands to cultivate high-quality beans. Their family now operates five small farms, and their children formed J&M Coffee to carry on the family legacy. The family also owns and operates its own wet and dry processing mills, ensuring full quality control from harvest through export.

This coffee is USDA Certified Organic and certified by the COIA (Certification of Organic Integrity Association). Each bag contains 2 pounds of whole bean coffee, allowing you to grind fresh for maximum flavor and aroma.
