Rabbit Hole Cavehill is a four-grain, triple-malt Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey bottled at 95 proof (47.5% ABV). Named in homage to Louisville's pioneering distilling heritage, it represents a bold, contemporary approach to American whiskey-making.

The mash bill consists of corn, malted barley, honey malted barley, and malted wheat — with all secondary grains malted for added depth and complexity. Barrels are slowly toasted over a wood-fired flame before charring, a process taking up to 20 minutes per barrel to coax natural wood sugars into the spirit. Each small batch blends no more than 15 hand-picked Kelvin Cooperage American White Oak barrels, aged 5 to 6 years before bottling.

On the nose, Cavehill offers dried red fruits, raspberry jam, drying oak tannins, and an earthy undertone. The palate brings spiced oak, milk chocolate, caramel, white pepper, and sweet black cherry, leading into a lengthy finish of orange peel, honey, sweet lemon cake, creamy chocolate, and pepper spice. Suggested food pairings include figs with cream cheese and walnuts on toasted French bread drizzled with honey, caramelized apples, pulled pork, and roasted potatoes.
