Rabbit Hole Dareringer is a super-premium Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey finished in hand-made Pedro Ximenez (PX) Sherry Casks from Spain's renowned Casknolia Cooperage. Bottled at 93 proof (46.5% ABV), this wheated bourbon features a mash bill of 70% corn, 25% malted rye, and 5% malted barley. The barrels are slowly toasted over a wood-fired flame before charring, a process taking up to 20 minutes per barrel to coax sugars from deep in the wood fibers.

Dareringer offers an intoxicating nose of sherry and cherry with notes of herbs, dried flowers, licorice, and candied lemon peel. On the palate, it displays elegant flavors of raisins, currants, blueberry, and boysenberry coupled with hints of almond, vanilla, and oak spice. The finish features dark fruit, menthol, roasted nuts, and plenty of oak. No more than fifteen barrels are blended per batch, and the whiskey is non-chill filtered for the most authentic barrel-to-bottle flavor.
