Oak Farm Vineyards Tievoli Cabernet Sauvignon is a standout red wine from the Lodi AVA of California, crafted by Oak Farm Vineyards using sustainably farmed grapes certified under the Lodi Rules green certification program. The Tievoli label showcases Cabernet Sauvignon blended with small amounts of Petite Sirah, Petit Verdot, and Merlot, all sourced from sandy loam soils within the Lodi appellation.

Grapes are hand-picked in the morning and hand sorted before gentle de-stemming. After two days of cold soak in individual temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks, the must is inoculated with yeast and fermented with regularly timed pump overs. The wine is then aged for 14 months in approximately 14% new French oak, developing structure and complexity while preserving the variety's bright fruit character.

The wine opens with aromas of black pepper, bell peppers, vanilla, and black cherry. It is medium-bodied with a smooth, lingering finish. Technical specs include 14.5% alcohol by volume, 6.3 g/L acidity, and 0.45% residual sugar. The 2022 vintage earned 92 Points and Best Buy recognition from Wine Enthusiast, as well as Double Gold at the 2024 San Francisco Chronicle Wine Competition.
