Kirkland Signature Ribera del Duero Gran Reserva is a 100% Tempranillo red wine from the Ribera del Duero region of north-west Spain. Produced by Bodegas Viña Solorca, a well-known estate in the region, this wine carries the Gran Reserva designation, the highest aging classification in Spain, requiring a minimum of five years of aging.

This wine was aged for 13 months in new French oak barrels, then transferred to American oak for 25 months, followed by an additional 24 months of bottle aging. Decanting for 30 to 60 minutes is recommended to allow the wine to fully open up. Tasting notes include baking spice aromas with flavors of blueberry, blackberry, black plum, black pepper, and mocha. The tannins are softened from the extended aging, producing a grippy yet balanced mouthfeel with a long, ultra-dry finish. The wine is 15% ABV.
