Board Track Racer is a label within the Mark Ryan Winery family, created by winemaker Mark Ryan McNeilly. Launched in 2007, the Board Track Racer wines are crafted to be approachable and ready to drink upon release while maintaining the same uncompromising quality found across all Mark Ryan wines.

This Cabernet Sauvignon, known as "The Chief," is sourced from the Columbia Valley AVA in Washington State, one of the Pacific Northwest's most celebrated wine-growing regions. The blend is anchored by Cabernet Sauvignon and complemented by Merlot, Cabernet Franc, and Petit Verdot. The wine opens with dark aromas of ripe blackberry, black currant, cigar box, and baking spices. On the palate it delivers vibrant acidity, firm tannins, and a full body, with flavors of ripe blackberries, tobacco, and vanilla that lead to a savory, spicy finish.
