This 100% Cabernet Sauvignon is crafted from a proprietary clone known for producing small, intensely purple berries with concentrated flavor and distinctive minty aromatics.

The wine undergoes an extensive five-year aging process from harvest to release: one year in neutral oak tanks for settling and refinement, followed by three years in 100% new French Limousin oak wide-grain barrels, and one additional year of bottle maturation. This meticulous process produces a wine with a rich, tantalizing bouquet, silken finish, and the signature hint of mint that has made Martha's Vineyard memorable for decades.
