Alma de Cattleya Sauvignon Blanc is a California white wine sourced from grapes grown primarily in the Russian River Valley and along the Sonoma Coast in Sonoma County. The wine is crafted by Colombian-born winemaker Bibiana González Rave, whose label name "Alma" (meaning "soul") and "Cattleya" (Colombia's national flower) reflect her heritage and passion for winemaking.

Grapes are harvested at night and immediately sorted at the winery. After pressing, the juice settles overnight before being carefully transferred to a combination of neutral oak barrels and stainless steel tanks for fermentation, a process that preserves the intense aromatics characteristic of the Sauvignon Blanc varietal.

The wine bursts with zesty notes of lemon, grapefruit, orange blossom, and citrus blossoms, with a lusciously crisp and refreshing finish. The 2021 vintage was named to Wine Spectator's Top 100 list of 2022, and the 2022 vintage earned Gold at the Sakura Awards and Double Gold at the Press Democrat North Coast Wine Challenge.

It pairs beautifully with cow's-milk cheeses (such as Boursin and Le Roulé), goat cheeses, grilled fish, garlicky prawns, grilled chicken with creamy sauces, and international cuisines including Japanese, Mexican, and Mediterranean. Sold as a case of 12 x 750ML bottles.
