The Original Roy Hutchins Barbeque is a celebrated Texas BBQ institution rooted in a family legacy dating back to 1978, when Roy Hutchins opened Roy's Smokehouse in Princeton, Texas. Today the restaurant is operated by Wesley Hutchins, Roy's eldest son, who carries on the tradition of slow-smoked Texas barbeque in Trophy Club, Texas, with a second location in Arlington. The restaurant is the official BBQ partner of Texas Motor Speedway and was named to Yelp's Top 100 Places to Eat in 2025.
