Domaine de la Croix Irrésistible is a Côtes de Provence AOP rosé wine from one of the region's most prestigious estates. Created in 1882, Domaine de la Croix is the largest Cru Classé vineyard classified in 1955, extending over 180 hectares with 100 hectares of vineyards on hillsides descending toward the Mediterranean Sea on the Saint-Tropez peninsula.

This elegant rosé is crafted from a classic Provençal blend of Grenache, Cinsault, Syrah, Mourvèdre, Tibouren, and Rolle grapes grown on micaschist soils. The wine undergoes destemming before pressing, then fermentation at low temperatures in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks to preserve its delicate aromas.

The wine displays a pale pink, luminous color with an expressive nose of peach, red currant, and small red fruits. On the palate, it offers beautiful balance with fresh, bright acidity, citrus notes, and herb-infused red fruit flavors. The finish is clean, supple, and lingering with good tension and purity. Wine critics have awarded it scores ranging from 87-92 points, praising its crisp backbone, youthful fruit character, and vivid finish.

This versatile rosé pairs perfectly with Mediterranean cuisine including grilled seafood such as squid with herbs and red mullet, grilled vegetable salads, Parmesan bruschetta with asparagus, tabbouleh, charcuterie and cheese platters, tandoori lamb, and Brittany Camembert.
