Château Vignelaure Rosé is an organic Provence rosé wine from the acclaimed Château Vignelaure estate, located in the Var department of southern France, 35 km from Aix-en-Provence. The estate has 55 hectares of organically farmed vines and is celebrated for its pioneering planting of Cabernet Sauvignon in Provence.

The rosé is a blend of Grenache (30%), Syrah (30%), Cabernet Sauvignon (30%), and Vermentino (10%), hand-harvested with sorting from vines 25 to 40 years old. It displays a light salmon and bright color with a very intense nose of small berries, peach, and ripe grapefruit. The palate is well-balanced with a fine and elegant structure, fresh and lively, with a long-lasting finish of white ripe fruit, spice, and garden mint. Vinified via direct pneumatic pressing, slow fermentation at controlled temperature in stainless steel vats, and aged for three months on fine lees with bâtonnage before bottling. Aging potential is up to 5 years. Pairs beautifully with king shrimp, bouillabaisse, and seafood paella.
