Method Cabernet Sauvignon is a premium Napa Valley red wine crafted by Precision Wine Company, a collaborative project between Master Sommelier Ian Cauble and winemaker Trevor Sheehan. The wine is a blend of 85% Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon and 15% Sonoma County Petite Sirah, aged in a combination of 60% new oak and 40% neutral oak barrels to develop its rich, layered character.

The wine pours a deep, dark ruby color and opens with inviting aromas of black cherry, ripe plum, and cassis, complemented by notes of cocoa powder, warm spice, and cedar. On the palate, plush and generous dark fruit is supported by smooth tannins and bright acidity, with mocha and tobacco notes leading to a polished, fruit-forward finish. The wine contains approximately 15% alcohol by volume.
