Domaine du Pré Semelé Sancerre is a 100% Sauvignon Blanc from the prestigious Sancerre appellation in the Loire Valley, France. Produced by cousins Julien and Clément Raimbault, the estate encompasses 57 acres (23 hectares) across 70 different parcels in Sury-en-Vaux, 5 km north of Sancerre.

The vineyards are planted on classic Sancerre soils — approximately 80% Terres Blanches (chalky Kimmeridgian limestone) and 20% limestone and clay — which lend the wine its characteristic minerality and crisp structure. Farming is carried out sustainably with no insecticides or pesticides, and 90% of vineyard rows are grassed for ecological balance. Vines range from 8 to 43 years old.

This Sancerre Blanc expresses a pale lemon color with aromas of golden apple, lemon citrus, Asian pear, brioche, and lemon citrus peel. On the palate it is crisp and refreshing with a creamy texture, notes of bread dough, and a mineral finish characteristic of the appellation. Alcohol: approximately 12.5%.
