The Seiko SSC637 Jimmie Johnson Special Edition is a solar-powered men's chronograph watch celebrating NASCAR legend Jimmie Johnson. The 44.5mm stainless steel case features a black dial with luminous silver-tone hands and alternating Arabic numeral and index hour markers, accented by Lowe's #48 blue and yellow highlights on the dial indices, hands, and bezel. A uni-directional rotating blue stainless steel bezel adds a sporty, racing-inspired aesthetic.

Powered by Seiko's solar Caliber V176 movement, the watch converts any light source into energy and holds a 6-month power reserve once fully charged. The chronograph measures up to 60 minutes of elapsed time in 1/20-second increments with a split time measurement function, displayed across three sub-dials for 60-second, 60-minute, and 1/10th-of-a-second readings. A date calendar sits at the 3 o'clock position.

The watch features a scratch-resistant Hardlex crystal, Lumibrite hands and markers for low-light visibility, and a screwdown caseback. It is water-resistant to 100 meters (330 feet / 10 bar). The stainless steel bracelet has a fold-over clasp with push button release. An additional leather strap and band changing tool are included in the box.
