This 720ml bottle is brewed in the traditional junmai style using only rice, water, koji mold, and yeast — with no added alcohol or sugars. The rice variety used is Dewa-No-Sato, polished to 80%, and fermented with local Yamagata yeast through a multiple parallel fermentation process.

Unlike many earthy or austere junmai sakes, "The Green One" offers a clean, fruity, and approachable character with notes of ripe plum and black cherries, a light acidity in the finish, and a crisp yet subtly rich body. With a sake meter value (SMV) of +7.5, it leans dry while remaining easy-drinking. It carries 15% ABV and has been rated 87 points by professional tasters.
