Kōloa Kauaʻi Coffee Rum is a premium Hawaiian coffee liqueur distilled, blended, and bottled by the Kōloa Rum Company in Kalaheo, Kauaʻi, Hawaiʻi. At 34% ABV (68 Proof), it is crafted from pure cane sugar and distilled twice in a vintage 1,210-gallon steam-powered copper pot still, then blended with naturally filtered water drawn from the ancient Mount Waiʻaleʻale — one of the wettest spots on earth.

This spirit is a unique collaboration between the Kauaʻi Coffee Company and the Kōloa Rum Company, uniting island-grown Arabica and Robusta coffee beans with award-winning Hawaiian rum craftsmanship. Kōloa Rum's heritage traces back to Hawaiʻi's first sugar plantation, established on Kauaʻi in 1835 in Koloa Town, where Kauaʻi's "tall cane" still thrives in rich volcanic soil today.

The liqueur pours a deep, opaque brown with a light mahogany meniscus. On the nose, freshly ground and brewed Arabica and Robusta beans mingle with sweet molasses, rich dark chocolate, and undertones of lilikoi (passion fruit). The initial sip delivers a highly robust espresso balanced with white cane sugar, transitioning into a dry finish of light vanilla, hints of chocolate, tropical fruit, hazelnut, and stone fruits — a complex spirit that rewards every sip.
