Funasaka Brewery Yuzu Bay is a citrus-infused sake crafted by the Funasaka Sake Brewery (Funasaka Shuzoten) in Takayama, Gifu Prefecture, Japan. The brewery has over 200 years of history and draws on spring water from the Hida mountain range and the region's naturally cold climate to produce its sake.

Yuzu Bay is made by blending generously with domestically grown yuzu citrus juice, resulting in a bright, aromatic sake with a juicy citrus character. The base is a Honjozo-style sake, and the addition of yuzu lends a refreshing, slightly tart fragrance alongside a smooth finish. At 7% ABV, it is lower in alcohol than traditional sake, making it approachable and versatile.

This sake is ideal as an aperitif or a dessert drink and can be enjoyed on the rocks, mixed with soda water, or served warm with hot water. The 500ML bottle is well-suited for sharing or gifting.
