Wawona Frozen Foods Spectrum Fruit Blend is a vibrant mix of individually quick frozen (IQF) peaches, strawberries, white peaches, honeydew melons, blueberries, and pineapples. Each package contains two 5 lb bags for a total of 10 lbs of frozen fruit with no sugar added. Ascorbic acid and citric acid are added to preserve freshness and retard oxidation.

The Spectrum Blend is ideal for smoothies, fruit salads, parfaits, and baked goods. Most fruits are California-grown, while pineapples are carefully imported and selected to meet the same high quality and safety standards as domestic options. This product is Kosher certified and should be kept frozen until use.
