Délice de Bourgogne is a luxurious French triple-cream cheese from the Burgundy region, produced by Fromagerie Lincet. This soft-ripened cow's milk cheese features an incredibly rich, buttery flavor with a smooth, creamy texture and a slightly acidic, salty taste. The cheese is covered with a snowy-white, edible bloomy rind, while the interior is pale ivory and decadently spreadable.
This indulgent cheese pairs beautifully with crusty bread, fresh fruits, and sparkling wines. It is excellent for spreading on crackers or baguettes and makes an elegant addition to any cheese board. With approximately 75% butterfat content from added cream during the cheese-making process, Délice de Bourgogne delivers an exceptionally rich eating experience.
