Château Fleur Cardinale 2015 is a Saint-Émilion Grand Cru Classé red Bordeaux blend from the Libournais subregion of Bordeaux, France. The blend comprises approximately 75% Merlot, 15–20% Cabernet Franc, and 5–10% Cabernet Sauvignon, aged for 13 months in 100% new French oak barrels.

The 2015 vintage presents a deep, youthful ruby color with an aromatically intense nose of crème de cassis, Luxardo cherry, lavender, cedar, five-spice, dark chocolate, savory herbs, and sweet tobacco. On the full-bodied palate, rich ripe fruit is supported by fine-grained, silky tannins and a distinct mineral thread, closing with a long, harmonious finish. The wine hides its 15% alcohol gracefully when served at 60–65°F and benefits significantly from decanting for 60–90 minutes.
