Aged 4 to 5 years in new 53-gallon charred oak barrels and bottled non-chill filtered, this straight bourbon delivers exceptional depth and smoothness. The nose opens with soft, sweet aromas of brown sugar, baked apricot, wild strawberry, and nutmeg. On the palate it is wonderfully soft with complex notes of barrel spice, fruit, and oiled leather, finishing long and delicious. Best enjoyed on the rocks or in a classic May's Manhattan.
