Château Hyot Castillon Côtes de Bordeaux is a classic red Bordeaux wine from the Castillon appellation in southwest France, sold in a 750ml bottle. Produced by the seventh-generation winemaker Amélie Aubert, this terroir-driven wine is crafted from grapes grown in gravel and clay-limestone soils, with vines averaging around 40 years of age and all fruit harvested by hand.

The wine is a Merlot-dominated blend — approximately 70% Merlot, 20% Cabernet Franc, and 10% Cabernet Sauvignon — offering aromas of dark cherries, plums, spices, and a hint of smoke with mild earthy notes. It presents a medium to full body with balanced fruit and acidity, making it approachable young while offering good structure. Alcohol content is 13.5%. Contains sulfites.
