Gopi Indian Style Paneer is a firm, pale yellow whole milk cheese that serves as a high-protein substitute for meat in vegetarian dishes. This traditional Indian cheese is incredibly versatile and can be used in curried and vegetable dishes, deep fried for crispy appetizers, marinated and barbecued, or incorporated into sweet desserts like rasmalai and gulab jamun.

Made with only pasteurized Grade A whole milk and vinegar, this paneer contains no artificial colors, no added sugar, and is rBST-free. The cheese is Halal certified and made with Real California Milk. Each package contains 2.5 lbs (40 oz) of fresh paneer that should be kept refrigerated.
