Suavia Soave Classico is a certified organic Italian white wine produced by the Tessari family — sisters Meri, Valentina, and Alessandra — from their estate in the northern hills of the Soave Classico DOC in Veneto, Italy. The wine is crafted from 100% Garganega grapes grown on volcanic soils at approximately 300 meters altitude, with vines averaging over 40 years of age. Suavia received organic certification in 2019, reflecting a long-standing commitment to sustainable viticulture that preserves the natural landscape in its entirety.

The wine presents a straw-yellow color with green reflections. On the nose it offers fresh aromas of white flowers, citrus, white peach, and blanched almond, complemented by delicate vegetal and mineral notes. The palate is juicy and well-balanced with bright acidity, a characteristic saline tension, and a clean, lingering finish. Total Wine describes it as mineral-driven with lemon flower, white peach, and a hint of fresh ginger. The 2024 vintage earned 95 Points from James Suckling and 90 Points from Vinous.

Excellent served as an aperitif at 11–13°C, this wine pairs beautifully with appetizers, vegetable dishes, seafood, lighter white meats, and fresh or young cheeses.
