Breaking Bud features the firm bitterness of a West Coast IPA alongside the citrusy, tropical aromas of a modern IPA. A simplified malt bill with a touch of crystal malt lets the hops take center stage — Mosaic, Simcoe, and CTZ hops are used throughout the brewing process, delivering notes of mango and tropical fruit.
