Bodhizafa gets its distinctively light, silky texture from rolled oats, while over five pounds of hops per barrel deliver an intensely aromatic and flavorful brew. Vibrant mandarin and citrus notes define the flavor and aroma throughout. Brewed with 2 Row Pale and Munich malts and hopped with Chinook, Citra, Mosaic, and Columbus varieties, then fermented with English Ale yeast, this IPA strikes a balance of boldness and approachability at 6.9% ABV.
