Aska Bolgheri Rosso is a Bolgheri DOC red blend crafted by Castello Banfi, one of Tuscany's most celebrated family-owned estates. Sourced from vineyards in the coastal Bolgheri appellation — the prestigious zone that also produces Sassicaia and Ornellaia — this wine exemplifies the area's hallmark style of Bordeaux varieties grown in warm Mediterranean conditions.

The blend typically features Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Merlot, and Petit Verdot, yielding a wine of deep ruby color with violet reflections. The nose offers red berries, blueberries, plum jam, and subtle hints of tobacco and licorice. On the palate it is well-rounded with velvety tannins, flavors of blackcurrant, dark cherry, and blackberry complemented by notes of star anise, leather, and mocha, with a persistent, balanced finish.

Each bottle is 750ML. This wine pairs well with grilled meats, roasted lamb, aged cheeses, and hearty pasta dishes. Serve at 16–18°C (61–64°F).
