Originally distilled at Captive Spirits Distilling in the Ballard neighborhood, Big Gin is now produced at OOLA Distillery using an 800-gallon hybrid copper alembic still while preserving the same recipe and character that built its reputation.

Nine botanicals sourced from around the world define this gin's complex profile: juniper, coriander, bitter orange peel, grains of paradise, angelica, cassia, orris, cardamom, and Tasmanian pepperberry. Bottled at 94 proof (47% ABV), it delivers a silky texture with a prominently juniper-forward nose, light citrus aromatics, and warm spice from cardamom and cassia on the palate, finishing dry and clean.
