The detergent is certified 91% top allergen free and is formulated without common irritants including fragrance, botanicals, parabens, formaldehyde, lanolin, topical antibiotics, nickel, cobalt, gluten, soy, propylene glycol, balsam of Peru, oils, and dyes. It is designated Teen SAFE (free from hormone-altering chemicals) and talc-free.

The formula contains anionic surfactants, nonionic surfactants, and enzymes including subtilisin, alpha-amylase, and beta-mannanase for effective stain removal.
