This is a Pittsburgh tradition said to bring good luck for the coming year when eaten at midnight on New Year's Eve or for breakfast on New Year's Day. Made by Jenny Lee Swirl Bread, a family bakery with over 100 years of baking heritage. The pretzel features sweet dough with swirls of cinnamon, white icing glaze, and is meant to be pulled apart rather than cut.
