Arnaldo Caprai's Grecante is a white wine made exclusively from Grechetto grapes, a native variety grown on the sun-drenched hills of the Colli Martani DOC in Umbria, central Italy. The wine displays a bright straw-yellow color with greenish reflections, offering an aromatic bouquet of white-fleshed fruits such as peach and pear, hints of aromatic herbs, delicate floral nuances, and a characteristic mineral note from the terroir.

On the palate, Grecante is elegant and well-balanced, with lively acidity complementing a good structure that leads to a pleasantly long and savory finish. Fermented in stainless steel at controlled temperatures and aged three months in steel followed by three months in bottle, the wine is fresh, vibrant, and true to the Grechetto variety. It is best served at 10–12°C and recommended for consumption within three years.

This wine pairs beautifully with fish, shellfish, white meats, appetizers, and traditional Umbrian cuisine. It also works well as an aperitif alongside light appetizers or vegetable-based first courses.
