Hourglass Winery Sauvignon Blanc is a premium white wine produced at the estate winery founded in 1998 by Jeff Smith in St. Helena, Napa Valley, California. Sourced from 80% Napa Valley and 20% Sonoma County vineyards, this wine is a blend of 91% Sauvignon Blanc and 9% Sémillon, crafted to express the aromatic richness and minerality of the Napa appellation. Sold in 750ml bottles in cases of 12.

The wine is vinified using a combination of 40% stainless steel tanks to preserve freshness and vibrancy, 45% used oak barrels to add texture and roundness, and 15% new French oak barrels for subtle complexity. The resulting wine displays a deep straw color with an elegant, bright character. Aromas of white grapefruit, lime, lemongrass, orange blossom, lemon zest, chamomile, and white peach lead to a clean, minerally palate that showcases aromatic typicity without being overly green or grassy.
