Tabalí Chardonnay is produced by Viña Tabalí, a pioneering winery in the Limarí Valley of northern Chile. Located approximately 12 kilometers from the Pacific Ocean, the region benefits from cool coastal breezes and ancient marine limestone soils that impart a distinctive mineral character to the wine. The Limarí Valley has earned international recognition as one of Chile's most compelling white wine regions.

This 100% Chardonnay is crafted in a Chablis style — lean, mineral-driven, and refreshingly acidic rather than rich and buttery. Aromas of citrus, oyster shell, chalk, and delicate floral notes lead into a palate of lemon, lime, and saline minerality with a bone-dry, food-friendly finish. The wine is fermented using whole clusters and aged for 10 months in French oak barrels with restrained oak influence; periodic bâtonnage adds a subtle creamy texture without masking the wine's natural freshness.

Decanter Magazine awarded this wine 96 points and named it Wine of the Year. The 2021 vintage was selected as White Wine of the Year and Best Chardonnay in Chile by the 2022 Descorchados Wine Guide. Pairs beautifully with seafood, shellfish, grilled fish, and light poultry. Each bottle is 750 ml.
