Don Fulano 3-Year Añejo is a premium, additive-free tequila crafted from 100% blue Weber agave grown in the Los Altos (Highlands) region of Jalisco, Mexico. Produced at La Tequileña Distillery (NOM 1146), this exceptional spirit is a skillfully assembled blend of tequilas aged a minimum of 30 months in French Limousin oak barrels, bottled at 40% ABV (80 proof).

Unlike many añejo tequilas, Don Fulano Añejo is not predominantly sweet or dominated by wood. With absolutely no added sugars, colors, or any other additives, the intense agave character shines through alongside rich notes of chocolate fudge, baked banana, dried fruits, almonds, and roasted coffee beans, all framed by a subtle floral note and the lively spice characteristic of highland terroir. On the nose, green pepper and cocoa mingle with vanilla and candied orange peel, while the palate delivers ginger, slightly bitter black tea, and earthy depth. The finish is slightly dry and prolonged, making it a distinctly elegant sipping tequila.
