The beer has an ABV of 4.8% and 29 IBUs, making it approachable and easy-drinking.

Lonely Blonde pours a bright golden color with good clarity and a cap of pale foam. The aroma delivers crackery malt undertones overlaid with bright noble hop character — herbal and grassy notes with a dash of spice, a touch of hay, floral tones, and a hint of citrus. On the palate, the malt core provides a satisfying crackery impression with some tangy wheat and a light hint of caramel. Noble hops contribute bold herbal spice, cut hay, and earthy notes alongside a soft floral impression, finishing with moderate bitterness and zesty carbonation. It pairs well with pizza or grilled brats with mustard.

Malts used include 2-Row, Wheat, and C10. Hops include Bravo, Tenntang, and Hallertau Mittelfrüh. Serve at 43–48°F in a pint glass or pilsner glass.
