Castello di Bibbione Chianti Classico Riserva DOCG is a premium Italian red wine produced by Castelli del Grevepesa from the heart of Tuscany's Chianti Classico region. Made from a selection of the best grapes grown at the historic Castello di Bibbione estate of the Marchesi Rangoni Machiavelli family, this Riserva is crafted from 95% Sangiovese and 5% Merlot.

The grapes are hand-harvested in boxes with individual bunch selection from vineyards situated at 200 meters above sea level on pebbly, limestone-rich soils. Fermentation occurs at a controlled temperature of 30°C with 12 days of skin maceration. The wine is then aged 80% in Slavonian oak barrels for 18 months and 20% in French oak barriques for 12 months, followed by at least 3 months of bottle refinement.

The wine presents an intense ruby red color with a lively aromatic profile featuring hints of ripe fruit and vanilla. On the palate it is full-bodied, deep, and velvety with soft tannins and a long-lasting finish. Best served at 20°C, it pairs beautifully with grilled red meats, game, and aged cheeses. The wine has received numerous accolades including 93 points from James Suckling and 91 points from Wine Advocate.
