Novelty Hill Sauvignon Blanc is a white wine from the Columbia Valley appellation in Washington State, produced by acclaimed winemaker Mike Januik. This is a richly textured, aromatic wine blending 79% Sauvignon Blanc with 21% Sémillon, a combination that delivers both bright citrus character and added body and complexity.

Fresh and vibrant on the nose, the wine offers aromas of ripe pear, juicy melon, Meyer lemon, and herbs. On the palate, bright citrus and fig flavors are supported by a concentrated, textured mouthfeel and a long, pure finish. The Sémillon component lends additional gravitas and seriousness to what might otherwise be a more straightforward varietal wine.

Novelty Hill is a small, artisan Washington State winery producing limited quantities of elegant, hand-crafted wines sourced from the finest vineyards in the Columbia Valley. Each 750ml bottle is sold individually.
