Rodney Strong Estate Vineyards Knights Valley Cabernet Sauvignon is a bold, structured California red wine sourced from Knights Valley, Sonoma County's warmest growing appellation, located just east of the main Sonoma Valley. The warm, dry growing conditions and mountain-influenced terroir produce a Cabernet Sauvignon of real depth, concentration, and tannin presence.

The wine opens with aromas of crushed blackberries, spicy dark plum, dusty cocoa powder, cassis, and wild raspberry. On the palate, complex layers of spice, red fruit, and chocolate are framed in rich, velvety tannins with a long, lingering finish. Aged 24 months in 100% French oak barrels with approximately 50% new oak, the wine carries an ABV of around 14.5%.

Best enjoyed with braised short ribs, lamb shanks, ravioli, or grilled steaks. Can be enjoyed upon release or cellared for 3 to 5 years to allow further development and complexity.
