Each package contains 20 pieces with convenient wooden skewers for easy grilling or baking. The scallops are MSC certified, meeting the Marine Stewardship Council's global standard for sustainability.

To prepare from frozen, preheat oven to 400°F, remove from all packaging, place on a baking sheet, and bake for 16-18 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 165°F. For grilling, thaw under refrigeration, preheat grill to medium heat, and cook for 4-6 minutes per side until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
