Cellers Grifoll-Declara's Predicat is a standout value red blend from Priorat DOCa, one of Spain's most prestigious wine appellations in Catalonia. The wine is crafted from a blend of Garnacha Negra (Grenache), Carignan, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Merlot, aged approximately 10 months in French oak barrels. It pours a very intense cherry red color with aromas of ripe red and dark fruit, citrus, vanilla, and tobacco, layered with earthy undertones of leather, smoke, and black pepper.

On the palate, the wine opens with a creamy and fruity impression, progressing to flavors of spicy cherry, plum, and blueberry with a medium-plus body. The firm tannic structure is balanced by well-integrated oak, finishing dry and lingering. Alcohol 14.5% ABV. Contains sulfites. Pairs well with beef, lamb, poultry, and game meats.
