Each extended-release tablet contains two active ingredients: cetirizine hydrochloride 5mg, a second-generation non-drowsy antihistamine, and pseudoephedrine hydrochloride 120mg, a nasal decongestant. The pack contains 24 film-coated tablets and is comparable to Zyrtec-D 12 Hour.

The extended-release formula delivers 12 hours of relief from seasonal allergy and sinus congestion symptoms, including sneezing, runny or stuffy nose, itchy and watery eyes, and itching of the nose or throat. Adults and children 12 years and over take one tablet every 12 hours, not exceeding two tablets in 24 hours. Tablets should be swallowed whole without breaking or chewing.
