Signorello Estate Hope's Cuvée Chardonnay is a flagship white wine from the renowned Signorello Estate in Napa Valley, named in honor of Hope Signorello. Sourced from a 5.12-acre parcel on the west side of the estate's hillside vineyard, this block is among the oldest Chardonnay plantings in the region, with vines more than 40 years old.

The fruit is hand-harvested at night in three separate picks to account for differences in vine age and clonal ripening. Whole-cluster pressing and native microflora fermentation lend complexity and authenticity to the wine. Malolactic fermentation is stopped at 50% to preserve bright acidity and freshness, and the wine is aged sur lie for eight months in 50% new French oak using a combination of 228L Burgundy barrels and 500L puncheons with regular batonnage. The wine is naturally fermented, unfined, and unfiltered, with limited production of approximately 410 cases per vintage.

Aromas include grilled pineapple, mango, honeysuckle, lemon curd, and orange blossom, leading to a palate of peaches, gooseberries, brioche, and toasted nuts. Full-bodied and creamy with soft acidity, it is built to age gracefully over the next 10–15 years. Technical specs: 14.1% alcohol, 5.2 g/L total acidity, pH 3.51, 2.4 g/L residual sugar.
