The Sebella bottling represents Hanzell's Sonoma Coast expression, guided by winemaker Jason Jardine, a proponent of integrated farming practices that exclude all chemical inputs in favor of cover crops and no-till viticulture.

This wine is made through native yeast fermentation with whole-cluster inclusion, then aged for ten months in neutral French oak to preserve fruit transparency and coastal freshness.
